Over the last five years, he led all running backs per game in rushing yards (102.5), yards after contact (74.9), rushing touchdowns (0.92), avoided tackles (4.4) and fantasy points from rushing (15.6).

Keaton Mitchell had six games with a carry in 2023, and averaged at least 6 yards per carry in five of those six games. He ended that season with 8.4 yards per carry and the second-highest rushing grade of the season. He returned halfway through 2024 and wasn’t close to 100%, but he should allow Henry to rest more often on early downs without slowing down the Ravens’ offense too much.

Henry averaged 8.6 yards per carry on perfectly blocked runs over the last three seasons compared to 3.5 on non-perfectly blocked runs. The Ravens' offensive line was average at run blocking last season. This season, an improvement or decline in the Ravens' line will be a factor on Henry’s fantasy value.
