Thomas gained at least 13 PPR points in each of his final seven games and an average of 21.5 points. This was third behind only Ja’Marr Chase and Puka Nacua. He played at least 84% of snaps in all but one of those games.

His 3.12 yards per route run out of the slot were the most for any wide receiver with at least 100 slot snaps last season.

New head coach Liam Coen has had a lot of fantasy success with his slot receivers. In 2022, Cooper Kupp only played nine games, but in those games, he led the league in fantasy points per game at 22.4. Kupp lined up in the backfield or the slot for 53.1% of his snaps. In 2024, Chris Godwin played seven games, and in that time, he averaged 19.7 PPR points per game. Godwin lined up in the slot on 61.7% of his snaps.
